Where will my child eat, nap and play? |
|
All meals are served in the kitchen at staggered timings for the different classes. Napping takes place between 12.30pm – 3pm and in the children's respective classrooms. Play takes place both indoors (manipulatives/educational computer games/home corner etc) and outdoors (outdoor playground/ rides/ sand and water play). |

Can I take a tour around the centre? |

With a prior appointment; the centre supervisor or manager will bring you on a tour round the centre and at the same time, explain the different settings we have in the centre and the different programs we currently run for the different age groups. |

What activities do you provide? |
| |
We want to provide a holistic development for the children, thus children will be doing activities in the areas of languages, logical thinking, experimenting, art & crafts (e.g. hands on activities), music & movement, dramatization, team building and physical. We organize excursions and encourage the children to go as they can learn faster through real-life experiences. Will my child ever be taken off the premises? |
| |
Without prior approval from the parents, no child will be taken off the premises at anytime. Also, without prior notification from parents, no child will be allowed off the premises with unfamiliar carers or relatives, even if the child recognizes and identifies them. |

Are nutritious meals provided? |
| |
All meals are freshly prepared everyday by our cook. Produce are freshly bought from the market every morning, no MSG is added during cooking. We follow according to the nutrients a child needs to have daily. |

Will you keep a daily record of what my child has done? |
| |
A bulletin will be sent to every parent at the beginning of every month, detailing what the child will be taught during that specific month. Every child will have in possession a communication book, provided by the centre, whereby the teachers will update twice to three times a week on what has been taught for the day, or general information of the child. The communication book also works as a link between the parents and teachers, where the parents are welcome to pen down comments or questions you may have for your child's respective teachers. |

Do you offer transport pick-ups? |

Our centre will be able to arrange transport for your child if needed. |

Are there penalties if I'm late to pick up my child? |
| |
All parents are given 3 chances in a year, whereby if all 3 chances are used up; a $1 per minute charge, after 7pm, is chargeable and is paid directly to the teacher who is on duty. |
